      Good team of managers and people who care about the frontline. Loved the every other Friday off and four day work week.

      Cons

      Organizational instability. Change is good but the frequency at which personnel is replaced is a testimony to other factors such as low wages, no process of doing things, solid plan for personnel movement/replacement when new business is acquired low wages
