Pros

The Arctic Cat factory was a great place to work! Good work life balance.

Cons

Textron maybe didn’t fully understand the power sports industry. They ended up selling the business. Textron’s vesting period for retirement is not competitive. They have a pretty standard retirement match. Health insurance was not as good as my current employer.

- Competitive salaries - Good work/life balance - Professional management teams, both at functional group level and at senior leadership level - Wide variety of regions within the US for employment opportunities and some international opportunities

Cons

Pretty standard pay for a given position across all regions of the US. This leads to less purchasing power in some of the more expensive regions to live.
