      Off on weekends and holidays

      Cons

      Work politics, lack of accepting diversity, a discrimination lawsuit will come up at the rate they’re headed, favoritism, the company is down from hiring talentless people. Save yourself and look at other Fortune 500 companies, this company will be just another unknown name

      Pros

      Great Atmosphere. Great Team Members. Management is good. Lots of freedom to manage your job how you like.

      Cons

      Stressful due to last minute changes that can effect your management of parts and schedules. Upper management is not "in the trenches" that much to understand true root causes.

      Pros

      Get to work with SAP, and interact with many parts of the manufacturing business- receiving, quality, warehousing, line schedulers, sourcing, etc. Textron is a good company, in this position you have some opportunities to travel to suppliers and get engaged in process improvement projects.

      Cons

      The job by nature can be very stressful, you are expected to put in a lot of hours without compensation (since this is a salary position, they don't pay for overtime). A lot of times a week can turn into 60hr week, so be prepared to either sacrifice sleep or your social life.
