Bad management with Bell helicopter...only focussed on project management and less emphasis on core areas of engineering

Pros

Decent pay. New products waiting to be launched. New technology implemented across manufactuing centres.

Cons

India office is badly mismanaged. Have to become a scheming and manipulative person to grow. Higher positions are not advertised internally. Prefixed beforehand.
