Pros
Engineering teams work well across disciplines. Education assistance to return to school is offered; though for graduate school, yearly amount needs to be increased. Benefits are decent and priced reasonably.
Cons
Poorly organized with leadership. Name calling and belittling is common from several higher level leaders. Very little training and mentoring is given past New hire orientation, inhibiting growth and career potential. Fault and blame is places; fingers are pointed when bad news is delivered. Little appreciation given to the hard workers. Processes need to be revisited and improved; and must be standardized across the business unit. Lack of communication, though lots of meetings that do not have positive reasons or solutions to resolve issues.
