      Pros

      Good working on gov contracts for US army; product was exciting (UAVs); good colleagues and work environment.

      Cons

      Very bad procurement department management and execution, slowing things up.

      -Pretty good benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), etc. -Upper management knows what they are doing (for the most part)

      good company to start at...you will get a lot of exposure to a lot of projects

      Cons

      very sink or swim mentality. you will be thrown into things like a 15 year FPGA design and expected to simply carry on with it, even if you're right out of college with only classroom experience.
