      Upper Management is stuck in the 50's - they are doing just enough to keep the lights on - and nothing else.

      Upper management communications are non-existence. Compensation is not competitive with other companies. No incentives for a job well done.

      For people early in their careers, the company provided good learning experiences. Interesting products to work on.

      Unethical people in management positions. Employees were told to cover up problems. Management opportunities were given to those who were willing to keep problems hidden and who would be puppets.
