      Steady Decline in Core Values and Leadership

      Pros

      1) the people you work with can be some of the most down to earth and enjoyable people 2) the work can be interesting on the development side 3) middle managers occasionally advocate for their employees, but most are too scared to anger management

      Cons

      1) there is no alternate work arrangement (WFH) going forward, so if they tell you there is opportunity to work from home that is not true 2) senior and executive leadership have lost the pulse of the people, they also do not handle pushback with anything other than blatant retaliation against those who spoke up, and they have zero accountability 3) there will be no flexibility in schedule, with set shift start and end times set to become policy in April

      Pros

      Great coworkers, great culture and respect among coworkers, lots of flexibility with schedule.

      Cons

      I felt limited as an engineer, and cornered into a niche. Did not build many engineering skills. Don't recommend for an entry level engineer, excellent for mid level or higher, or for management.
