      Pros

      Generally offers good benefits. Depending on job may have the ability to have a flexible work schedule. Large company with opportunity to move around.

      Cons

      Does not have good leadership at any level. Severely under staffed. Consistently offers interesting and important projects to interns resulting in a very demotivated workforce.

      - excellent work-life balance: no after-hours emails, they offer a 9/80 schedule, so you can have every other Friday off, no crazy work hours, low stress - one of the few places I've worked that I can focus on my work: I have my own office, I'm not answering emails all day or getting bogged down by process, - coworkers are great: all very smart but down-to-earth - annual raises and good benefits - no company coolaid BS

      Cons

      - they don't publish the pay scales - they just recently went through a reorganization with the new CEO and closed an office in Texas

      Nepotism is alive and thriving...if you're not part of the 'inner circle', don't expect to get raises, they save it for family members. It sometimes feels that you've entered the realm of jr. high...gossip, and cutting down co-workers behind their backs...petty crap from the people with the most senoirity...if you don't go along with the status quo, you'll forever be on the outside looking in...
