-Large base of entry level employees to build a network with- you will need to bond with others in the same dreadful situations as you. -Internal promotions -Holiday shutdown
Cons
EXTREMELY high turnover (very frustrating) due to: -Lack of company culture & engagement -Lack of trust and development- no stretch assignments given -Upper level positions are not given to those who deserve it- rather to who they see "potential" in which could mean extremely unqualified for the role -Hypocrisy of policies and lack of communication regarding it -"Old school" ways of thinking, very un-open to change and modernization -Uncompetitive entry level salaries -Lack of mid level positions -Office is boring and unappealing -Looming layoffs always on the horizon
