With the establishment of 2 new Employee Resource Groups in the last few months, Room for All and Infusion, there will be many opportunities for employees to be involved in various engagement events in the form of open forums, networking opportunities, and service events.       Pros

      They are all about work and the work is very cool. You'll likely learn a lot, as a Co-op, they just throw everything at you that they would a normal employee so you get real work experience. Also, the company seems to make smart business decisions.

      Cons

      Some upper level management I wasn't too impressed with, but other managers and co-workers were impressive and great to work with. Also, if you come as a Co-op when work is at a low (Late fall/Holiday season) you might end up with little work.
