      Large company with options to change positions & climb the ladder

      Pros

      Open and honest management that worked hard. Plenty of opportunity to climb the corporate ladder or change positions. Lots of plants across the nation and globe with opportunity to move if desired. Fast-paced with need for thinking and troubleshooting.

      Cons

      At least while I was there, lots of RIFs, and big company changes that affected employees negatively. Sometimes moved too slow, like a giant corporation with government contracts do. Policies and procedures sometimes felt onerous.
