      Pros

      Good mission to make useful products. Workforce was well compensated and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Slow moving decision process. Poor strategy did not migrate down to actionable business plans for sectors. Corporate decision makers were ruled by Wall Street investors and did not see long term strategic investment opportunities.

      Wanting to learn more was promise many things when hired. Not one promise and now being let go. They say there is not enough work they can give me to take me on full time.
