A bit corporate, so processes are sometimes inefficient (examples, contacting an HR manager takes time, and they are usually not very reliable), company feels more like multiple silos due to multiple business units, rather than a team

The design work is challenging. It is research and development. The group of employees are great at what they do, and are easy to work with.

Cons

Our product was difficult to market to the government and we could not obtain a sponsor. Hence the reduction in workforce.
