      Pros

      The overall environment is good. We are all a very close knit team who doesn't mind going the extra mile to complete the task at hand. Benefits are good and there is a lot of opportunity for training and promotion.

      Cons

      Depends on what locale you like but I don't really care for the Baltimore area.
