      Exciting work in a growing industry. The product has come a long way in a few years. The pay is good. Management is mostly young and down-to-earth.

      Cons

      Like any job, there are ups and downs. An influx of young employees deployed to austere environments leads to a lot of complaints, but time smoothes it out.
