Great place to work - super flexible work-life balance - pay is good. Benefits are great, except for healthcare, which I think is terrible. Luckily I have healthcare through military service.

Cons

Pay is good, but promotions are slow and you have to be your own champion.

Room for growth and Transition around the company, the work schedule is nice having every other Friday off.

Cons

Textron is very stuck in their old ways, they do not like to offer any remote work, their salaries are very inconsistent. Some positions are fair within the market while others are very off and people are getting underpaid.
