      Great when I started, seems like they are falling off.

      Pros

      Good opportunities to deploy and make some good money. Bonuses come after a year and every 6 months after that (for deployed employees).

      Cons

      Started taking money away (per diem), benefits that set them apart from the others, getting very picky about everything. Started asking more of employees with nothing in return.

      The company has talented mid-level management. Employees receive excellent benefits. There are many development opportunities through internally sponosred training and reimbursement for external degree-related education. The company is increasing its international sales focus.

      Cons

      There are high stress levels as company reduces staff, causing long hours. There are small, but freuqent layoffs as the company reorganizes.
