      Good Company Great people to work with

      Pros

      Good group of people. Takes care of their employees. Good salary. The work is interesting. They encourage employees to move within the different operating units within the company.

      Cons

      Advancement can be slow. Could use process improvement in engineering and program management. Recent emphasis was on winning programs at all costs and are now having execution problems.

      Pros

      Private - it was the greatest place to work. We were truely co-workers. Great benefits!

      Cons

      Post-acquisition - everything, profit-sharing inequality, change in health plan, employee morale, you name it, it happened... eventual layoffs across the board.

      Good salary, convenient location. Family oriented. Nice friendly, professional but casual environment.

      Cons

      Business travel expectations unrealistic, not completely open about these requirements. Was told travel not required during interview, then completely changed course.
