      Pros

      The people were good to work with. (At least before all of the layoffs and the departures.) Also, if you thrive on challenges, you'll find them here.

      Cons

      Serious brain drain. Between the layoffs and the "getting out while the getting is good", a lot of talented people are no longer with the company.

      AAI offers varying experiences that makes work very interesting. There are many different types of positions in which employees are encouraged to apply for.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are poor. The Human Resources department is not very employee centric. Work/Life balance is in definate need of improvement.
