      Past it's peak...once upon a time a great company with excellent potential, its future foiled by poor management

      Pros

      Good salaries, great benefits, great people, excellent legacy product set. Outstanding training programs, six sigma culture, once resource and expertise rich.

      Cons

      Milked legacy products. Overlooked customer changing needs. Minimal new development or innovation. Missed its window of opportunity. Currently a high risk work environment in terms of retaining remaining jobs. Many lay-offs with more possible.

      A Defense Company trying to do what they can to keep everyone happy during a time the Defense Industry is struggling.

      Pros

      The flexible time is really nice (Core hours are 10 to 3 Monday thru Thursday), Nice 2 person offices, Decent pay: (Close to the Average), Fun and challenging projects.

      Cons

      Generally, cannot work from home (sometimes with Managers permission). While pay is average, for most employees, it is low for the higher performers. Due to the nature of our work, there may be long stretches of "bug fixing" which can reduce the morale.
