      Overwatch Systems offers good entry level opportunities and provides a range of experience. Management is very competent, and respectful of employees. The company was motivated and hungry for growth.

      Cons

      Overwatch Systems offered low compensation and little room for job growth. Continued management changes and reorganizations created a tense and inconsistent work environment.

      Pros

      Close to home. Great people working here and I have formed lots of great relationships. Salary and benefits are good. Good job security. Interesting work.

      Cons

      Development environment is lagging by several years - mostly because of the glacial pace of the DoD. Working in a closed development environment is very constraining. Excessive process.
