      Salaries were very competitive for the industry. Benefits were top notch and affordable. Management was easy to reach.

      The travel budget got cut.

      Pros

      Good opportunities to deploy and make some good money. Bonuses come after a year and every 6 months after that (for deployed employees).

      Cons

      Started taking money away (per diem), benefits that set them apart from the others, getting very picky about everything. Started asking more of employees with nothing in return.
