      9/80 schedule is the only good thing I could think of.

      Cons

      Lack of work, company only cares about profits, lack of manger direction/accountability. Not worse place to work but very little work to be done, but you are made to still come in and sit there when most of job can be done remotely. Lack of remote work opportunity
