      Mission-driven work with real importance and value for the customer and warfighter. Good people to work with. Generally competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Often feeling stretched/overworked with multiple "top priorities". Highly technical individual contributors sometimes overlooked by management. Compensation seems slightly below average.

      Management takes the time to work with entry-level employees and help advance their careers. Lots of company trainings available. Semi-flexible hours and option to work from home.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be difficult for some, especially those requiring travel. Lower salary than most of the defense industry.

      Annual raise was something great to look forward too. (1-4%).

      The company focuses too much on covering themselves against racism that they discriminate towards white people. They discriminate between races.
