Pros
Despite what some of the whiners are complaining about this remains a great place to work whether your are beginning your career or are experienced. Freedom to solve problems your own way, not a lot of micromanagement. Good benefits, good pay, flexible work hours. Interesting products and services. Great career opportunities! Lots of room for growth. They have a promote from within policy that really supports career growth. Some things have changed since being bought by Textron but more than 95% of those are positive changes... despite the whining.
Cons
some level of red tape to deal with but not unusal for a defense contractor. some folks here, at all levels, that are not top notch -- but again not much different than other places.
