      Pros

      I was with this company for 5+ years and found it to be a good working environment. At the time of my employment there were a bunch of PMs that were due to retire in the next 3 years and I had an eye on advancing my career in that area. Perk and time-off policies were industry standard for that time.

      Cons

      No mentorship. No forward vision and 500 of us got laid off on a Thursday. For three years we asked what the strategic vision was, why weren't writing proposals for new work as the major programs were winding down. Then we lost two programs in a month and most of the experience was shown the door.

      Pros

      Lots of trust and responsibility placed on the individual, great benefits package and after 9 years of service to the company I earn a cool $24.50 an Hour. I love the company overall and the work schedule is flexible.

      Cons

      Occasionally work hard and very long hours, mid level management Cronyism and because of it there are current managers that are less qualified to manage than other field Support representatives that currently work for the company.

      Pros

      Decent working conditions and hours. Employees are definitely their best asset. Salaries are average for the industry but raises have fallen off in the last couple of years.

      Cons

      Too bad management doesn't realize that employees made the company what it was and is. No loyalty to long term employees. Many feel like they are being or have been forced out. Very low employee morale.
