Pros
Many of the programmer's are sharp and top notch Generally everyone is easy to work with There are a lot of fun state of the art things you get to work on Very flexible work environment Great office spaces with available views of the greenbelt, you don't necessarily work in a cube. Close to home Management does give out lots of certificates and lunches for jobs performed well.
Cons
You feel like a consultant, but aren't paid for extra hours Management seems to occassionally lack direction Raises and bonuses are not great for the general employee population Benefits are mediocre compared to other companies Tech leads don't get paid any more than a senior programmer.
