      Pros

      Sick leave, paid vacation, 10 hour/4 day work week, flexible times (within reason). The ability to work individually and in teams as needed.

      Cons

      Disorganized, little department communication or understanding of how other departments function so their needs for complacency can be met. Everyone has a different definition of what a part number is and there is no list that matches up manufacture part number, with company part number, with contractor part number.
