With the right team, there are some compelling and challenging projects. Teams are unique and structured well. You can do a lot of fun engineering work here and see the output of your work on products almost immediately.

Cons

The office could use a makeover, and some of the paradigms of management/culture could be lifted to the modern era for sure..
