Good pay, great benefits. Can't beat the vacation

Excellent benefits Start with 4 wk vacation/yr, stick around for 4 yrs it'll be 5 wks, at 9 yrs it's 6 wks. This does not include the days off for holidays so you can't beat it! Pay is good Diverse Good work life balance

Cons

Too many VPs and directors - very top heavy Hard to move up Work gets very repetitive and boring

Pros

Good benefits, 4 weeks vacation, 401k. If you like travel, Thales gives you many opportunities to do so and it is great to take advantage of that.

Cons

Difficult to accomplish anything. Lots of travel in my position as program manager which i don't like. Thales is political and run by the french.

Pros

Great benefits. The 4 weeks of vacation actually include sick days. The benefits are good. Met and worked with many wonderful people. Product is good.

Cons

People are worked to death. Management does not know how to structure itself and work towards a better environment. Finger pointing. Departments do not speak to each other. Management infighting. To be promoted you had better be in the same cultural vertical.
