Pros

Hardly any pros except for white employees who are advantaged than then people of other ethnicities.

Cons

No professional support for people of color. No guidance at work mainly in regional areas where local people are in majority and been working with the company for long time. They don't like outsiders, mainly Asians coming in regional areas and work with them.

Local leadership cannot provide a clear vision for the future, and they do not remove low-level leaders who do not belong in leadership roles.
