Interesting job in one of the most exciting and technologically advanced fields of the industry. Great relationships between co-workers, and honest communication between employees and managers. Good work-life balance and benefits.
Cons
Average age is pretty high, and the company doesn't seem interested in expanding and employing young, fresh minds. All new employees are hired with temporary contracts. Internal mobility is not encouraged. There's an overall feeling of uncertainty, and lack of long-term vision.
