Location (401-404) > wicked commute for most (lost many good people when relocated; diminishes work-life balance for most of the rest); pervasive influence (sometimes interference) from France; formal performance management and professional development mechanisms are subject to being overlooked in the real world (e.g. in the context of promotion/progression); bonus program sometimes undermined by executive interference (i.e. often positive but unfortunately unpredictable bonus results year to year).
