      This IFE company has NO hope!!

      Pros

      Good co-workers to work with. Good amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Bad management. Upper management does not know what the teams are working on. Expects teams to educate them so they can provide status up the chain. Good workers are laid off as they have no idea who does the work until they are gone. Workers are leaving as there is no future here. Work is being outsourced to India and next generation products being worked in France. During last layoff, the French workers are protected so no job security.

      Pros

      Laid-back work environment. You have no urgent matter at all in this company. They opened a new cafe, but it is not free. You may need to pay more ie, starbucks coffee is about 50c more expensive than Starbucks a block down.

      Cons

      If you are not a french, you can’t go up beyond director. VP and above are all french. They are simply pouring down french people from the top. They are adding some french managers who brought from france headquarter now. I am guessing in near future US born employees will do laundry job only in this company.

      Pros

      They have amazing benefits. PTO starts at 4wks.

      Cons

      They are a dying company. Their sales is always down and products are outdated. They do not invest in keeping up with the times and technology. They do not care about their employees. You are just a number. They do "layoffs" every year and kick people out with 10+ years seniority. Not good if you want to work with them for a long time. Good if you want to work for a couple years to build your resume/experience, but do not plan for an extended employment with them.
