      Easy place to drive to and from work. Physical work environment was great.

      Lots of processes but no one follows them. They make up their own that works for that moment.

      Management doesn't know how to manage or properly communicate, they're much more practiced at blowing smoke Perception is the only thing that matters here Quality is unimportant, production is the keyword, until a customer complains You never know where you stand Raises are from higher up and they're a joke, the average is inflation rate
