      - WLB - Most coworkers are easy-going

      Cons

      - Leadership is horrible - Wasteful acquisitions leading to future cuts and layoffs - Slow pace - Product management vision sucks - Leaning into AI without any regard for quality or user experience/security - Products turning into vibe-coded messes - Compensation is way below market Good place to work for a bit, but stay here long enough, and you'll be unemployable. Skills atrophy is real.

      Coffee and tea in exchange for 12-15 hours of work

      Cons

      I would advice the senior hires to join only if you dont have any options. These people execute constructive dismissal to promote internally. Even though all work is completed they will look for minor issues and retaliate. Inclusivity not good for women employees and they are easy targets for dismissing. I strongly advise to look for another opportunity or join only of you have an influence.
