Pros

Better than average salaries. Decent benefits. Thales University on-site for learning.

Cons

Overworked and not evenly distributed. People and managers are not accountable for their actions. Ops group poorly run with a good old boys group--get rid of them. Supply Chain and Procurement depts are a pathetic joke. Watch out for the lip services and back stabbers..politics politics.

Pros

They've got decent benefits and the aforementioned four weeks (20 days) of PTO per year to start.

Cons

Plenty of uncompensated OT. Like other IFE companies management is ruthless and cutthroat. I and a number of others were terminated without notice after less than a year of service. We figure we were replaced by our Indian brethren from HCL.

Most people are friendly,hard working and are happy to share information. The level of experience is growing.

Cons

Middle and lower management lack experience. Upper management seems to be continuously chasing the next 'big' thing. The next generation of product, etc, without having finished the current generation. Always seem to underestimate the size of the task and provide short schedules.
