Pros

Lots of PTO and if you have no ambition or desire to move up, you can easily get by.

Cons

Extremely political with lack of leadership. Leadership in the US are selectively chosen so they do the bidding of the French overlords. People get promoting only by sucking up and responding only “yes” back to leadership without having an opinion. If your protected by a French overlord, you can essentially just not show up to work and do as you please. Of course get promoted when undeserved as well.

Pros

Pay is decent. Reasonable benefits

Cons

Uncaring unsupportive management. All information is tribal with many single point failures. No support provided to engineering teams just demands and absurd schedules. Very political with no substantice leadership. Comany constantly losing money. No clear process or quality improvements. No Configuration management at all. No training or professional growth. Engineering is utter chaos.

Corrupt Management and Nepotism at a different level!!

Pros

Great company to work for that invests in its employees, excellent benefits (especially PTO & 401K - hard to find anything close to what they offer anywhere else)

Cons

Although company theoretically wants to invest in its employees, this is often not applied due to terrible management who is out to protect their positions and salaries and could care less about the development of their reporting employees. You have directors and VPs who hire their family members (nepotism) - their family members cost the business millions of dollars but at the end of the day, no one can say or do anything to these individuals. They keep laying off the little people in order to meet their end of year budget so that senior management and executives could all get their bonuses. Corrupt management to say the least.
