Beautiful facilities. Interesting domain of InFlight Entertainment. Young, modern workforce on top of a lot of the latest technology.

Cons

H-1B "engineers" and new grads prevent salaries from getting too high. You don't see too many engineers over 40.

Pros

Really good people are there: nice, friendy, hard workers. Flexible hours. Remote work if you need to (you get a laptop when you are a software developer). 10% bonus each year and good benefits.

Cons

Management could really be better if managers were trained to manage people and if they weren't assigned current projects tasks. It's way too difficult to make things change. If you don't ask for new challenges, you don't get anything. And even when you ask, you don't get anything.

Old technology is used on a current basis, the people are not willing to change things for the better so it is not likely that you will get to use something newer
