Pros
I just started at aiEDU a few months ago and already feel as though I am making a true difference to our strategic goals. I feel empowered every day and supported both by our exec team as well as my co-workers. We may be small but we are doing mighty things!
Cons
Some people may not like how "small" we are at ~15 FTE (I personally love it) but that would really be the only con I can think of.
