The Pay, Management with unrealistic expectations, the bureaucratic red tape, the bottom up relationship with licensing and certifications organizations leading to more red tape, sexist environment where they use a lot of SJW buzz words like Patriarchy, or anything that is anti-straight white male, the vast majority of the staff, middle management, and upper management are female, which leads to a toxic environment at times.
