Pros

Great management, amazing experience, felt like I had a support system and community while I was working at the ALPHA center. Felt genuinely cared for by my employers. Work was rewarding and I always felt comfortable coming to my coworkers/supervisors/management with questions.

Cons

Working in any non profit sector can be challenging to individuals who are unprepared or have unrealistic expectations
