Best work culture I've ever experienced - everyone supports everyone, there's opportunities to learn and contribute in all different aspects of the job.

Cons

Opportunity for vertical movement is very limited. Also, as the real estate market changes, the job availability also changes.

Great place to work. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming, and fun. Office days go by quick thanks to amazing co workers. A lot of outside of work team activities, such a fun place to work!

Cons

Normal for no benefits for real estate agents, but no benefits for hourly employees/non real estate agents was unfortunate. Real Estate is 24/7 but non real estate agents have minimal work life balance to support agents sales.
