Networking opportunities. Access to marketing and ideas of others.

Cons

Capitalism to the extreme, always feeling like you need to buy the newest bag, fill your wrinkles, lips and everything else with filler. Lots of entitlement. Managers are busy with parties and talking bad about other agents and brokerages, really enjoy breaking the rules and laws.
