Truly a great company to grow and be heard

Pros

I know what it feels like to join a company and struggle to see growth in your career or have your ideas go unheard, but that is just not the case here. We also have a very generous PTO/sick day policy and there is little to almost no micro-managing. You are also encouraged to work autonomously which is something I appreciate.

Cons

The Agency team has done a great job at addressing concerns as soon as they arise so whatever is technically a con eventually becomes a "pro" through conversation & fast resolution.

Truly the best group of people I've ever worked with! Humble and supportive. This includes the leadership team. It's a company where you get a lot of autonomy. Each day is unique.

Cons

Some room for improvement around communication and clarity of roles, which seems standard for a company going through a merger.
