Pros

Good space in central London with a lot of smart people working in the same place.

Cons

HR left a lot to be desired. It is meant to be the national ML institute but at times it seems like they are more concerned with the ATI image than the research that we are meant to be doing. You wouldn't know for example that there is some cracking research being done, given the way the newsletter is written and the things they focus on in the letter, rather than, again, the fantastic research that is happening.
