Pros

There are a few good people there who are good at what they do. There is a good work/life balance since they mainly do DoD contracts.

Cons

Bad recruitment process. Key information is constantly being left out which should be known upfront. I would say that you should get your information in writing but this company has already proven that they will take back whatever they want to suit their needs. If for some reason you cannot continue on with the requirements, which might not be known to you, you will be dropped and left with little information.

That is definitely not in line with our company culture. I apologize for your experience. We have instituted a number of changes since 2023 that reinforce our company culture with checks and balances to ensure that this type of behavior does not occur.
