Terrible benefits / culture and a lot of work

Decent compensation Some nice people Potential for future valuation increase

Cons

A lot of work and long hours Expectation from CEO that everyone works 24/7 Worst benefits I've seen (terrible health benefits, 5 weeks for parental leave, limited PTO, no flexibility) No upward mobility No Transparency No boundaries (people will call your mobile phone before 9am, at late nights, over the weekend, etc.)

Plenty of PTO and they are flexible about employees using it. Benefits were nice.

Cons

Be prepared to train yourself. Management sucks, is disorganized, and sloppy. If you're a good worker they reward you with more work. I see coworkers bend over backwards everyday to fulfill management needs/expectations and they're completely disregarded. Yay capitalism!
