This job is a great opportunity. Great people and the best environment. They are very loyal to their employees and flexible hours make it perfect for students.

Cons

It is very hard to move up. Many people have been there for a long time. Pay is low for the most part but it fits the job. Some people (few but some) don't work at all and management gives them far to many chances

Flexible scheduling... professional upper management key word "upper."

Cons

No office etiquette emphasis, under utilizes employee's skills, not female wage friendly. Hard to find contacts which make every day tasks ridiculous to effectively complete in a timely manner. This whole relying on the chain of comman aporoach is a huge handicap for The Andersons, Inc. I could go on and on... It's too bad...

Pros

The people there are great. It can feel like one big family. I generally got along with everyone, with the exception of very few people.

Cons

Everyone scrambling to find ways to make/save money result in dumb decisions being made. They seem to just go out in a bunch of different directions to see if they can find something that works. Sometimes they inadvertently make it harder on the employees in the process.
